which type of sensors are used to detect infrared rays from sun?
I’m making a solar tracker and have planned to use IR detectors.But I’ve found out that IR sensors are normally found in pairs as IR emitter and IR detector that are tuned for each other.So is there any IR sensor to detect radiation from sun?Or should I use some other sensors.If so then which one?
i think use an alternative. how about LDR or photodiode.
signal processing circuit will be simpler with this…..
