What other breakers are intechangable with Wadsworth circuit breakers?
I need a 100amp Wadsworth main breaker.
i cant seem to find one, will anything else fit?
Nothing else will fit a Wadsworth panel. Wadsworth went out of business but there are replacements being made. Here is a web site where you can order them. You can also check an electrical supply house where electricians buy their parts.

The web site says the 100 amp are no longer made. But you can email them and they may be able to fix you up. I have bought from these people and recommend them.
